By using Studyfyy, you are entering into an agreement with Ceren Güney as the individual operator of this service.
Studyfyy is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13, please ensure a parent or guardian is aware you are using this service. By using Studyfyy, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

The Studyfyy name, logo, app design, and website content are the intellectual property of Ceren Güney. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our branding or content without written permission.
Content you create within Studyfyy (your notes, study plans, etc.) remains yours. By using Studyfyy, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service to you.
Studyfyy is a solo project and we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance or updates. We will try to notify users in advance of significant downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Studyfyy at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for major changes that affect your use of the service.
Studyfyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Use Studyfyy at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceren Güney and Studyfyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have donated to us in the past 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
We may update these Terms as Studyfyy evolves. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Studyfyy after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
